On Sunday, November 2, Lempster Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on Hurd Road. Downed lines, a ruptured gas tank and a leaking transformer met personnel when they arrived on scene.While no one was seriously injured, the damage to the vehicle and telephone pole were extensive.
